All items in our Clearance Sale and all light bulbs are final sale (No Return, No Exchange). We accept returns only if the item is unopened and in original packaging. Special orders are non-returnable.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

We do not refund shipping charges. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return, or apply a higher restocking fee if the item is returned in unsellable condition. Stock photos are used, and the item received may differ slightly from the image.

All fixtures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your fixture is defective, please contact us at rga@readywholesaleelectric.com and we will assist you with your claim. The customer agrees to cover the return freight.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 / FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 / USPS at 1-800-275-8777 first then we will assist you. Once the claim payment has been received, we will ship a new item to you, subject to the company’s freight terms and conditions.

Note: Do not ship any items back to us without contacting us first for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which needs to be printed on the label of the box. All items without this RGA number will be refused and sent back to you.
