Return & Exchange Policy

All items in our Clearance Sale section and all kinds of light bulbs are under a No Return, No Exchange Policy. All Sales Are Final.

We accept returns only if the item has not been opened and is still in its original packaging.

No returns are accepted for special orders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the RGA agreement or increase the restocking fee if returned items are received in unsellable or open-box condition.

All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers must notify us before shipping a returned item.

Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. This policy is non-negotiable.

Some listings may use stock photos — you may receive a product that looks slightly different from the image shown.

Warranty

All fixtures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your fixture is defective, email us at rga@readywholesaleelectric.com and we will assist you with your claim. Customers are responsible for return freight costs.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrived damaged, please first contact the appropriate carrier:

After contacting the carrier, we will assist you with your claim. Once the claim is paid, we will ship a replacement item, subject to our freight terms.

Return Instructions

Do not ship any items back to us without contacting us first to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number must be printed on the label of the return package.

Returns without an RGA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
