Overview

The Corona Lighting CL-216-SS Composite Well Light features an injected molded composite housing designed for high UV stability paired with a 316 marine grade stainless steel faceplate sealed with a silicone "O" ring gasket to provide weather-tight protection. The stainless steel faceplate has a clear, heat-resistant flat glass lens rated to withstand drive-over loads up to 3,000 lbs, making it durable for various applications. The fixture includes a top-grade adjustable ceramic bi-pin socket with retention clip and Teflon-jacketed wire lead, compatible with 12V MR16 halogen lamps up to 50W (20W standard), as well as LED and color LED lamps. Prewired with a 3-foot direct burial cord, it is designed for in-ground installation via direct burial or concrete encasement. A concrete pour kit (CX-237) is recommended for best results when mounting in concrete. The product carries a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel faceplate and 10 years on the housing.
