The Elco 6" New Construction 2-Hour Fire Rated IC Airtight Housing is designed for use in ceiling assemblies that require a 2-hour fire rating. Engineered for new construction in insulated ceilings, it combines fire safety, energy efficiency, and compatibility with LED lighting systems in one durable housing unit.

6" fire rated new construction LED housing. Compatible with 6" LED inserts. 2-hour fire rated, can include step-down transformer. 22W

IC Airtight for direct contact with insulation.
UL Listed for 2-Hour Fire Resistance to meet and exceed strict fire safety codes.
Integrated Non-combustible insulation acts as a sound barrier minimizing sound transfer between floors.
