The first two-in-one device that combines PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor to detect motion and humidity sensor to monitor humidity levels in room. The humidity sensor controls fan by automatically detecting the excess humidity levels in damp areas, such as bathrooms or spas, and activates the ventilation fan to turn on when the condensation is present and to turn off when it is dry. This device helps eliminate mold and mildew from growing by being equipped with moisture sensor to automatically detect humidity levels, which provides a more comfortable and welcoming environment.
