Overview

The Lutron MS-A102-V Maestro In-Wall Vacancy Sensing Switch is a single-pole, dual-technology sensor switch that combines passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic sensing technologies. Designed for vacancy-only operation, it requires manual activation and automatically turns lights off when the room is unoccupied. This switch is ideal for applications where automatic-on is not desired or permitted, such as in compliance with California Title 24 energy codes. It does not require a neutral wire, facilitating installation in retrofit scenarios.
