Shipping Information:

Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days from the time we receive and process your order. If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via email or Phone in 24-48 hours. Orders received after 4pm PST are processed the next business day. Orders received on holidays and weekends are processed the next business day. If you order items from different manufacturers you may receive separate shipments and the shipping time may vary. You will be sent an email shipping confirmation every time an item on your order ships. For "Will-Call" or "In-Store Pick Up" customers, we do not guarantee same day availability of the item/s you order. We will call you when its ready (or as soon as it becomes available) to pick-up. Please do not walk-in to our store without calling us first to avoid any inconvenience.

Free shipping is not applicable to the following States: HI, GU, AK and PR. We only offer USPS shipping to these States. Please note that UPS and FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes and APO Address. Please use USPS for PO Boxes and APO Address. Also, FedEx Home Delivery is valid only for Residential Address. Please use UPS or USPS for Commercial Address. We reserve all the rights to use the best possible shipping carrier available.

The maximum per package weight for the USPS shipping is 50 pounds, and 150 pounds for UPS and Fedex shipping.

If you exceed the weight limit you can continue the checkout process and complete the order, our Shipping Department will contact and inform you about your shipping options. Note that your order will not be processed without your approval regarding the shipping cost

Sometimes your order will be shipped by a different delivery company than you selected if it comes directly from the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 7.5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
